Generally, we don't accept returns on used mats due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective upon arrival. Contact us if you have concerns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, except for damaged or incorrect items, in which case we cover the cost.
Please repack the mat securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all original components.
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the unwanted mat for a refund, then place a new order for the desired one. Return shipping fee will be paid by customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned mat, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Minor natural variations in the stone are normal. Contact us with photos if you believe the imperfection affects the mat's function.
